At Dad’s BBQ, we take pride in serving up delicious, high-quality food made with love. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
🍽️ Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared food), we generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review all refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
✅ You May Qualify for a Refund or Replacement If:
• You received the wrong item.
• An item is missing from your order.
• Your food arrived spoiled, burnt, or in otherwise unacceptable condition.
• There is a quality issue that does not meet our standards.
📸 What We Need From You:
To help us resolve your issue quickly:
• Report the issue within 2 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number or receipt.
• Include a photo of the food item(s) in question (if applicable).
🚫 Not Eligible for Refunds:
• If more than half of the food has been consumed.
• If the complaint is made more than 2 hours after delivery or pickup.
• If the issue is based on personal taste preference alone.
